Armstrong steps down as Livestrong chair, Nike drops contract

Story Summary:
Lance Armstrong is stepping down as chairman of his Livestrong cancer-fighting charity based here in Austin. The announcement Wednesday morning comes after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency released a report detailing allegations of widespread doping by Armstrong and his teams last week.
