Jury deliberations will continue Wednesday morning in the manslaughter trial of Gabrielle Nestande, the 25-year-old former legislative aide who prosecutors say struck Courtney Griffin with her black BMW in the early morning hours of May 27, 2011 on Exposition Boulevard. In closing arguments, the state said Nestande was a “selfish” person who came from a “culture of entitlement,” while the defense said she was a remorseful young girl who never knew she hit a person that night.
