While everyone has their individual schedules for acts to see during the Austin City Limits Music Festival, it’s also a great opportunity to discover new artists.
Local alternative band, The Eastern Sea, is set to play the Austin Ventures Stage at 11:15 a.m. Sunday.
The band says they have a melodic sound that has caught on quickly, but for many fest goers, it will be their first exposure to The Eastern Sea.
“I feel like we are in the place that we are because of a lot of different factors, and we’ve gotten here not simply by having someone pluck us out of a list of names. We got here because people believe in us,” front man Matthew Hines said.
