For optimal health you should know the numbers of certain tests, particularly your blood pressure.
"Blood pressure of 120 over 80 is a normal range, so we usually start treating if blood pressure over 140 systolic or diastolic 85 or above," family practitioner Dr. Renate Mazzei.
One in three adults have high blood pressure, and half of those do not have it under control. It’s a major risk factor for heart disease, stork congestive heart failure and kidney disease.
