Every region of Latin America has a different spin on food, and one restaurant in San Antonio is celebrating each area's individuality.
Bolo’s Restaurant at the Omni San Antonio at the Colonnade fuses Latin American food from all over for a simple, unique taste.
“Latin food is soulful, it’s flavorful, it’s original, it’s different,” Sam Boisjoly with Bolo’s said. “Real Latin food is simple and fresh—two to three ingredients max.”
