Halloween is right around the corner, and whether your little one is a super hero or a princess, the most important thing to remember is safety.
YNN’s Ed Keiner has some things he wants you to remember on Oct. 31:
• Don’t trick-or-treat-alone.
• Use cross walks.
• Reflective tape on costumes and candy bags is a good way to remain seen. Also, try out some glo sticks and flash lights.
• Don’t choose a mask for your costume that could obstruct your vision.
• For drivers, slow down, roll down your windows to hear if kids are nearby.
• Don’t try to pass cars parked in the middle of the road, they could be dropping off children.
• Most importantly—stay off that cell phone!
