Trento is a northern capitol of Trentino, on the northern border of Italy. It’s also the name and inspiration for a new restaurant called Trento.

The restaurant features food influenced by northern Italy, Austria and Germany.

“The idea was Trento to be a fresh, casual concept. A casual family restaurant with great food,” “I built the restaurant around the chef” General Manager and Co-Owner Donnie Damuth said.

Executive Chefs Andreas Exarhos and Alex Kahn created the menu from scratch. In fact, they create most of their ingredients from scratch including the pastas, sauces, cheese and salamis.

“This area needed an Italian restaurant. It’s all about the guests,” Damuth said.
