The collective effort of owners Bess Giannakakis and Blaise Bahara is what sets the Gateway Guesthouse apart from other bed and breakfasts.

The Gateway Guesthouse has a total of four rooms and other common areas, including gardens, a pool and sitting areas.

While Bahara spends her time keeping the business going, Giannakakis works in the kitchen, preparing hearty and an extraordinary breakfast.

“It’s a good way to start the day—with a really good breakfast,” Giannakakis said.

And word has gotten out. They say that even though the Gateway Guesthouse is not a restaurant, they say people show up for food anyway.
