YNN’s Chief Meteorologist Burton Fitzsimmons demonstrates the power of water using a “flood ball.”

“Six inches of water can actually move a vehicle. People don’t understand how forceful water can be in flood stage. We had this ball made to give a better visual point,” Austin Fire Department Battalion Chief Palmer Buck said.
