Flash flooding in Central Texas has emergency crews responding to dozens of water rescues—particularly in the Onion Creek neighborhood of southeast Austin.
Sixty people were rescued in the area, located east of Interstate-35 between Brandt Road and William Cannon Drive. YNN received reports of people on rooftops and in attics waiting for the water to recede and emergency responders to arrive.
By mid-morning, everyone in the area had been accounted for.
