Two Longhorn football players will be sidelined for the rest of the season as a result of injuries sustained in the TCU game, Texas Head Athletic Trainer for Football Kenny Boyd said on Saturday.
Senior RB Jeremy Hills sustained a non-displaced fracture of his right fibula. The injury will not require surgery.
Junior LB Demarco Cobbs sustained a right knee injury. Boyd said the medical staff will continue to evaluate the injury over the next week but Cobbs has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
