There’s a growing population of food fanatics in town and they’ve been coined “locavores.”

Editor Colin Pope says locavores are people who prefer to eat locally-sourced food, be it home grown tomatoes or local beef and chicken. It’s a movement that is gaining speed and Farm to Table LLC founder John Lash is banking on the trend.
Farm to Table is a company that distributes locally sourced food to Central Texas restaurants, proving there is money to be made in sustainability.
