Roger Wade, TCSO spokesperson, identified the victim as 34-year-old Billy Jack Hysinger.

According to Wade, deputies were called to a shooting at a house in the 8100 block of Sigrid Drive in East Travis County at about 1:30 on Tuesday afternoon.

Hysinger was pronounced dead Wednesday morning at 9:15 a.m.

Investigators said the shooting stemmed from a domestic disturbance at the home and identified the other person involved as 42-year-old Lilah Moffett. Moffett has not been charged with a crime.

The case will be turned over to the Travis County District Attorney once the investigation is complete.
