Report: Armstrong may come clean on doping allegations
Lance Armstrong is thinking about publicly admitting to doping during his career as a professional cyclist, according to The New York Times.

The paper is reporting the former Tour de France champion has talked with associates and anti-doping officials about an admission.

According to the article, Armstrong wants his eligibility restored so he can continue his athletic career in cycling.

This comes after 10 years of Armstrong denying the use of performance-enhancing drugs. The U.S. anti-doping agency laid out a case against Armstrong last October.

Since then, the Tour de France has stripped him of his seven titles.
