President Obama has named John Brennan as the new lead of the Central Intelligence Agency.
John Brennan currently serves as the counter-terrorism advisor. He graduated from the University of Texas with a master’s degree in government in 1980.
Brennan previously withdrew his name from the CIA position in 2008.
That came after questions of his connection to enhanced interrogations techniques during the Bush administration.
