Snatched pig statue turns up in Temple
The
lost member of the bronze pig family at Oak Creek Park in Temple has been found, according to a spokesperson for the Temple Police Department.
According to police, the pig was found on Wednesday, but will not be returned to the park until the ongoing investigation into its theft is complete.
The stolen pig statue was the smallest of three which call Oak Creek Park home.
News of the pig’s theft echoed in the nearby community. Friends of the bronze pig family offered a reward to help in its return.
