The Taco Cabana on Riverside Drive and Lamar Boulevard has been in Austin for years, but as the city continues to grow and change, so will the block.
So prepare to say so-long to the 24-hour eatery.

Austin Business Journal Editor Colin Pope said developers have submitted a rendering for a condominium tower where the Taco Cabana currently sits.
The tower will be about 10 stories, which is nearly 50 percent above the current limit of 65 feet for the area, which looks out to Lady Bird Lake. That means rezoning is in order.
