Waco city leaders are dreaming up possibilities for the city, and they're open to ideas.

They're currently planning a riverfront development that will be a mix of commercial, retail and residential use, which will also include open public spaces. The project is part of the "Imagine Waco" plan.

The multi-use facility will sit on 16 acres on the Brazos Common property.

Any suggestions must meet certain qualifications and requirements. Those can be found at Waco-Texas.com.

A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 20.
