One dead, one injured in double hotel stabbing

One man is dead and another is injured after an early morning double stabbing Wednesday in South Austin.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. at the Country Garden Inn and Suites Hotel on South Interstate-35 near Oltorf.
The fight involved three to four men, according to officers, two which were taken to Brackenridge Hospital.
One man was pronounced dead, and another was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Police are trying to determine what happened.
"They're going to start interviewing everybody involved that's here and try and get some details,” Cpl. Chad Martinka with the Austin Police Department said. “Once they do that, then they'll be able to get a clear picture of what happened."
Police say the men were guests at the hotel.
