The robbery occurred Wednesday at the Woodforest National Bank inside the Walmart off Interstate-35 near Slaughter Lane.

Investigators say the male suspect entered the bank, displayed a note and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described to have the following characteristics, per APD:

The suspect was last seen wearing a tan baseball cap with black shoes that had red soles, a white and blue-striped jacket and a hooded sweatshirt, according to police.
